professional staff beautiful desk water noise room quality
The service met my expectations. staff at reception were quite professional. the room had a beautiful desk for working. a birthday cake was brought in for my birthday. I found that very generous.
My recent experience had mixed aspects. the noise from water running in adjacent rooms was noticeable. it affected the quality of sleep. I felt the rooms haven't been upgraded in some time.

the staff upgraded my room. i received a suite. the location provided easy access to many attractions. the lobby was inviting, i was able to relax over coffee. i also met interesting people. housekeeping provided really good service, always attentive.
the check-in process was slow, requiring an extended wait.

slow process random calls
the staff greeted me warmly at reception the service was acceptable
the check-in process was slow it took at least twenty minutes i was disturbed regularly by knocks at the door someone wanted to check the minibar i also got random phone calls asking about my stay one day i got a wakeup call i did not order

The staff proved cute and helpful. Breakfast included varied selections. bed and pillows allowed restful sleep. the facilities seemed excellent!
the check-in process extended longer than expected. waiting time exceeded twenty minutes while everything was organized. this delay proved inconvenient after a long journey.

helpful staff great location long check-in bad experience
The staff was very kind and helpful. It was a nice touch. I also liked the location near the World Trade Center.
Unfortunately, the check-in process took about 20 minutes. It was too long. I had to wait just for the person to organise everything, a really bad experience.

the location proved convenient with easy access to many attractions. the housekeeping staff maintained really good cleanliness and orderliness throughout my stay, i really loved it.
the room service menu felt limited, especially during late hours. i wished for more diverse options to satisfy late-night cravings!
